Very helpful and beneficial in terms of collaboration and valuing all staff as equals. Unfortunately I feel this article will resonate more with people already of like mind, as it will be natural practice for them to behave in this way. However, I hope that it is an opportunity for many to reflect on self behaviours and perhaps embrace a new and more collegiate approach to professional relationships.

The article was short but informative, it hit the nail on the head. I believe people don't put in the effort to build good working relationships anymore. Some workplaces sadly discourage this also.

Sometimes I find it really hard to make time for my learning, but I was blown away by how easy it is with the Ausmed app. I can fit it in during breaks or on the bus to work.
