Biography

Rilla Roberts is a consultant in aged care specialising in dementia-specific care and improving service quality. She has over 20 years experience in the aged care sector as a nurse educator, staff development officer, accreditation coordinator and aged care assessor and manager, and is a Fellow of the Australian College of Nursing. Rilla brings her expertise in clinical care services, health and risk management, quality monitoring and ethics to all of her roles.
