Lecture Overview

Delirium, depression, and dementia are often recognised as the three 'D's that can be at the route of cognitive change. In this presentation, pharmacist Dr Jenny Gowan explores these three conditions and adds a fourth 'D' into the mix - drugs. Recognise how essential it is to be able to recognise the difference between delirium, depression, and dementia in a patient/client, and how these conditions can change in presentation when medications are added to the mix.
