Lecture Overview

Geoff Ahern explains persistent depressive disorder in a manner that is both informative and highly relevant to healthcare professionals. It is well known that the symptoms of depression can cause low moods, lack of motivation and, in extreme cases, poor self-care. This session will look at ways to promote protective factors in someone with depression to assist with their self-care.
