Delirium affects between 30 and 85% of hospice patients and can be highly distressing to patients, family and friends. In this lecture, specialist clinical pharmacist Gauri Godbole discusses the causes, aggravating risk factors and management - both pharmacological and non-pharmacological - of delirium and agitation in end-of-life care.
