Course Overview

An Ausmed Training Module to equip care staff with the skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and their loved ones. This activity highlights the crucial role of effective communication in ensuring the provision of safe care, as well as using the ISOBAR handover tool as a practical means to convey critical information in the workplace.
