I have needed to look at a new way of nursing for a while now and this topic has given me the back up that I needed to help see that I am able to continue to be the nurse that I aim to be. This topic was very helpful.

In the current climate of nurses working with all the busyness and stress of COVID-19, this is a very timely and enlightening article. As a group, nurses are not good at self care, we care for others often at the expense of our own physical, mental and spiritual health. Thank you Keith for this article, I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

This resource was a good/quick overview of the areas that have an impact on our work in nursing. I could relate to many of the topics mentioned. Nursing is a career one should not enter unless that person is able to convey compassion, empathy, patience and understanding. What we do for our patients is the most satisfying feeling and what keeps us going in this field that we love.

Sometimes I find it really hard to make time for my learning, but I was blown away by how easy it is with the Ausmed app. I can fit it in during breaks or on the bus to work.
