Biography

As the Funding and Performance Partner at Provider Assist, Shavin heads up the Business Services division, working across both existing and developing services and solutions. Engaging with clients, government departments and internal teams, Shavin works across all aspects of aged care every day and has had a unique opportunity to address the complex issues facing residential aged care. Bringing to Provider Assist his desire to change the lives of others, no matter who they may be, Shavin has seen not only the complex issues that aged care organisations face daily, but the impact these have on delivering the best possible outcome for their residents. His diverse range of clients value his ability to communicate simply about complex ideas and strategies. By working with him, his clients increase their own knowledge and understanding of the residential aged care landscape. Using his extensive knowledge of aged care, he is driven by the opportunity to impact lives and develop creative solutions to complex problems, leveraging aged care organisations so that they can continue to provide quality care into the future.
