Lecture Overview

Every healthcare practitioner must ensure that they are practising in a safe manner. In this session, associate professor Linda Starr demonstrates - through case studies - how poor working conditions and lack of experience are no excuses for poor performance. Learn how failing to undertake self-reflection and relying on only a supervisor's review of your performance can have detrimental outcomes.
