I FIND OUT WAHT REALLY GOOD TEAM IS. THAT WE ALL HAVE TO WORK AS ONE AND BECOME A ONE LIKE A FAMILY ONE BIG FAMILY. AND IT CAN MAKE OUR WORK MORE EFFECTIVE, MORE SATISFIED AND THE WORKPLACE WILL BECOME MORE ENJOYABLE.

This resource highlights the need to value the importance of peers and identify that Junior staff , agency staff and relatives all should be valued in regards to proving the best outcome for a consumer or patient in whatever setting. Relatives are the best source of providing a history for allied health staff to provide optimal care for a patient. It is important that identification of staff dissatisfaction , exhaustion , roster , and lack of communication are dealt with to ensure that staff are retained and happy and feel valued in the workplace
