What is a policy management system?

How do policy acknowledgements work?
Admins assign a policy to staff with an acknowledgement due date; the assignee receives a notification and can acknowledge on web or mobile. Ausmed Policy™ records who acknowledged, when they did so, and which policy version they confirmed.
- Set due dates per policy, team or role
- Automatic email/push reminders before and after due date
- Evidence captured: user, date/time stamp, and version acknowledged
- If staff don't acknowledge on time, they appear as overdue in reports and dashboards for follow-up
- Managers can resend reminders and document follow-up actions
