Biography
Rose is the Staff Development Nurse (SDN) at Waikiki Private Hospital. She began her nursing career in 2009 as an Enrolled Nurse before transitioning to Registered Nursing, completing her Bachelor of Nursing through University of Technology Sydney. Rose has worked across a broad range of clinical settings, including hospital, community, and private practice, developing a strong and well-rounded clinical foundation. In recent years, she has specialised in nursing education, completing her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, which enabled her to teach in vocational education settings. In her role as a Staff Development Nurse, Rose is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that strengthen clinical capability, support professional growth, and inspire excellence in patient care.
