Biography
Jayne Lehmann is Director of EdHealth Australia, Registered Nurse and Credentialled Diabetes Educator. Jayne has spent the last 15 years of her 40 year diabetes care and education career focused on diabetes health and disability support for people with a cognitive disability. As a Registered NDIS Provider, EdHealth creates Diabetes 4 Disability customised solutions for people with a disability to be supported to care for their diabetes. Jayne was awarded APNA’s 2024 Rosemary Bryant Award for her substantial and enduring contribution to advancing excellence in primary care nursing. She was awarded Honorary Life Membership and 2017 SA CDE of the year by the ADEA.
